RACE RESULTS FROM ELECTRONIC CLOCKS CAN BE FAXED AS PER PATERSON RULES
Paterson H.P. Club race rules will be enforced. Knowledge of these rules is strictly the responsibility of the entrant and should be secured prior to entry. By purchasing the bands for Paterson Club races the participant agrees and acknowledges that they will know, accept and be bound by the rules & regulations and decisions of the Paterson Club. All decisions of the Paterson Club regarding natural maturation or health condition of pigeons entered in these races are final and binding and the entrant agrees decisions will be settled by the race committee and to be binding and not subject to review or appeal of any kind or nature including any legal or civil proceedings. Participation in Paterson Club races is a privilege extended to those persons or entities paying by band purchase or paid entry to each event. As such that privilege can be revoked before during or after the race by the Paterson Club if in the opinion of the Paterson Club the rules promulgated by the Paterson Club are compromised, altered or violated. Copies of the race rules are available on request. All entries to this event must have the first 5 flights fully molted. Paterson Club reserves the right to test birds for the illegal use of drugs or stimulants. Benzing & Bricon electronic systems are allowed as well as mechanical timers. Entrant must be aware, agree, and be willing to comply with the Paterson Race drug enforcement policy; non compliance will be grounds for disqualification and forfeiture of any credits due.
